A common problem is a sunken garage entrance and we have the solution. The asphalt will settle in front of the concrete garage floor. This problem will occur with approximately 90% of asphalt driveways. A.A.T. Infrared is an expert at repairing the area by using their thermal heating unit or Infrared unit. Heating the area and allowing for additional asphalt, blacktop installation. WE then level the area to follow existing grade, bringing the asphalt to meet the garage floor and slowly level it downward to meet the existing driveway pavement. We have performed many of these repairs over the years. It's a great savings and option to replacing the entire driveway. We then recommend sealcoating the entire driveway for a finished product.
